Why does my gynocologist always examine my testicles?

Do you mean urologist?Gynecologist is for females.Anyway the doctor would examine your testicles to ascertain weather or not there was any irregularity in the symmetry,if there are any bumps,lumps and the like,that could denote testicular cancer for one.

Usually all doctors check male testicles because they are subject to hernias. Also a good check is to see if they are equal and almost the same size.
