two holes in his penis..i have even seen him when he pees and he even pees out of both holes. is this normal?

Double urethra - rare but not unheard of...he might be a tiny bit more prone to bladder infections but there's nothing really wrong with him. As far as I know it's not something that is passed on genetically - so don't worry. Enjoy him!
edit - actually strangestorm - it is possible to have two seperate urethras. it is more common to have a bifurcated urethra like you described, but some people really do have two whole tubes and holes.
why do you watch him pee? if you haven't asked then you probably shoul if your confortable enough otherwise if he knows which he should know by now and he's gotten it checked out and is perfectly fine with it then just let it rest

if he hade his penis peirced then yes there will be to holes if not then he might wanna see a doc just to make sure there isnt any compications with his penis
there no such thing as two holes. it's only one. but occasionally the opening of it sometime close at the middle leaving the upper and lower part open which explain that he pees in both holes.

It's probably something he was born with it probably does not harm him in anyway but I bet he is very self conscious about it. So if you like him, ignore it pretend it is not even there
he probally had it pierced and he took it out and he has two holes.this is call the prince piercing.

There are not two holes most likely-- the pee slit is a slit, so the urine appears to come out in a double stream that often spirals. Inside the slit it appears there are two holes, but if you pull it apart and look close, you will see only the bottom is a true hole. The top "hole" is merely a depression that in some guys can appear to be an actual hole.
some guys do, it isn't all that common, but it is a normal variant.
