Why does it feel so good when you stretch in the morning, or after you have sat for a long time?


Answer:
it re-establishes blood flow to areas that have been restricted, this removes wastes and delivers the ever essential oxygen to all corridors of the human body!
In and around the joints some chemicals are deposited which cause pain (hence name - pain producing substance or PPS) or discomfort. When you move, these r distributed with circulation. So u feel better.
That's normal,because you start moving your body that make you feeling good.
