i cant understand why they dont make the full transformation to a woman?? do they still like to be recognised as men also or do they enjoy being half man half woman??

I suppose it is an individual choice. It probably costs a lot less and is much less painful than making the full change. There is also the option of changing back, which is not available once the penis is removed.
