Why do men shave( their faces)and not wax?

Answer:
The roots of male facial hair tend to be stronger and coarser than the rest of the hair on the body. This is because they start off that way and also because years of shaving stimulates the follicles to and makes them stronger. Like the other answerer said, just try plucking a few facial hairs out and see how it feels.

The other thing is that even if it were possible, the hair has to be aq certain length before it's waxable, there would have to be significant beard between each wax and many men want to be clean shaven each day.

As it damages the skin, i heard somethink about the skin on the face is thin, and damages easily, Thats why on all wax products, it says "do not use on face etc " :)

well because we do want to hair to come back soon well some of us and the fact that would hurt so much on the face and some women find scruff attractive and some people try different styles with facial hair

Just out of curiosity, i have used tweezers on a few hairs on my face, and it hurts real bad. so imagine how a thousand hairs would feel?

Dear MP, when I was a small child I used to watch my grandfather strap his straight edge razor and lather up his face using a shaving brush, it was a ritual. It seemed so neat I could hardly wait to be able to shave. A life time after those childhood memories I can honestly say I hate it. Waxing? Seems to late for this guy to change now..
