Why don't men have multiple orgasms?

Answer:
One of the great mysteries of man-kind. I would walk a mile for a verticle smile, I sprint 10 miles for multiples.
If by "multiple orgasms" you mean multiple ejaculations, it can't happen. The male reproductive system is geared toward one "burst" of sperm as only ONE sperm can fertilize the woman's ovum although there are cases when two sperm cells have fertilized two SEPARATE ovum which results in fraternal twins - usually a boy and a girl. Besides, there are several thousand sperm cells in that one "burst". Don't want to "give it ALL you've got" in just one ejaculation now, do you?
~Men orgasm faster, and are easily excited. Women take longer, but can have multiple orgasms and they last longer.
It wouldn't be fair to have it both ways, now would it? =)~
Its not completely impossible. I myself am good for at least two in one sitting. Especially if you are with someone like I am dating. For most guy, there is a time period needed to let the prostate rest (this is what pushes your semen out) and to regain the urge. It all depends on the guy. I suggest relaxing through the whole thing, and u can get two usually.
Some men do have multiple orgasms, although most don't. The reason that women can have multiple orgasms easier than most men is because they don't have a refractory period and men do. For men, orgasm is usually accompanied by an ejaculation (expelling semen) and after that built up amount is expelled it takes a while for your body to produce more. It is also a strain on the prostate to continuously "flex" without a rest period. So men usually have to wait between 10 and 20 minutes at least before their body will allow them to orgasm again. Some men however can have multiple orgasms because they refractory (rest) phase is shorter than other men.
because women do!
I can, and I know a number of guys that can go more than once-- the penis may get slightly soft for a few minutes, then recover fuller and even harder it seems, and I can ejaculate again in a few minutes--and as far as I know this is not that uncommon.
